Do Something Good Connect: Environmental change-makers

Register at EventBrite

This month’s Do Something Good: Connect will look at how social entrepreneurs are creating new pathways for a greener environment through ground-up initiatives. Can we affect consumer behaviour on a larger scale? Can social enterprises create systemic change? Join us this Sunday to find out. Here’s what we have in store for you!

We’ll be joined by 3-great Malaysian social entrepreneurs. Zoe Victoria, co-founder of Biji-biji, has built a very successful Malaysian social enterprise promoting sustainable living by turning recycled scrap into great bags, furniture and even showcases for companies like Levi’s. Firdaus Nisha from Ecocentric Transitions, has created a social enterprise promoting edible gardens and educate to shift consumer behaviour. Hubert Fong founder of Penang Bike Share. He’s successfully turned George Town into a greener and more sustainable city through an eco and user-friendly shared economy approach.

We are very excited to be partnering with MESYM, Malaysia Environment Sustainability Youth Movements for this month’s Do Something Good : Connect!
