Green Drinks KL is back!

Original post:

Green Drinks is a monthly gathering (the last Thursday of every month) for anyone interested in connecting with others who are passionate or curious about environmental topics, to hear or to share different perspectives about the social and environmental challenges we are facing today. It is a simple event with no formality. The main goal is to have some valuable conversations in an informal setting. In short:

Green Drinks = Come + Grab a drink and/or food + Mingle

Date : 29 March 2018 (last Thursday of the month)

Time : 7.00 – 9.30 pm (start at 7.30 pm)

Venue : The Gravy Factory, Nu Sentral
(Level 4, Jalan Stesen Sentral 3, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur)

For the first event, we will have the original founders of Green Drinks KL back in 2009, namely Matthias Gelber (Green Man), Steve McCoy and Khairun to give a short presentation on their experiences, followed by a panel discussion with members of the floor.

The reason why we choose Nu Sentral is to encourage you to take public transport, namely LRT, MRT, Monorial, KTM and ERL to KL Central and have a 7 minutes walk to The Gravy Factory.

The venue has basic supplier Halal certification and no alcohol will be served here. We welcome friends from all walks of life to join the event. Besides, they have vegetarian choices too!

Students will be given 15% discount for the drink and/or food you ordered, courtesy of the generous owner. Just bring your valid student card for verification.

Please register at Eventbrite responsibly so that we could know the estimated number of people that will be attending. You may cancel the registration if you are unable to make it to the event.
