What is Plant for the Planet?

Plant-for-the-Planet is a global movement of children. It was started in 2007 in Germany by 9 year old Felix who had to do a school assignment on climate change. Inspired by the example of Wangari Maathai, he called upon his peers to plant millions of trees to stop climate change. Today, children in more than 90 countries have planted trees for climate justice.

We have Mr Kjell Kühne, from Plant for the Planet Academy, to share with his experience and how you can join in the movement. Mr Kjell Kühne will be hosting a training in KL in October, come and find out more.
