YOU ARE INVITED TO THE KL 2017 GREEN INITIATIVE.

We recently held the Energy Playground Design Challenge, where students were invited to design the centrepiece for an Energy Playground that will be at the SEA Games 2017.

You can see these designs for yourself at the Launch of KL2017 Green Initiative (Inisiatif Hijau KL2017) in conjunction with the KL 2017 29th SEA Games. The Green Initiative brings in sustainability elements to the Games, focusing on waste management, transportation and alternative energy.

During the launch, YB Datuk Saravanan (Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports) will be launching the Green Initiative.

And we will be showcasing our energy playground installations: Hamster wheel, bicycle phone charger and bicycle amplifier!

Date: 5 June 2017 – 9am-12.30pm.
Venue: Laman Perdana, Taman Botani KL.

This event is open to the public and no registration is required.
