Programme Coordinator with APE Malaysia

APE Malaysia is a dedicated team of individuals working towards better welfare for captive wildlife and ensuring wild individuals can remain wild.

We have two open positions for project coordinators.

The job is a demanding and fulfilling one as it combines the challenges of working to improve animal welfare with environmental conservation, and of teaching complex environmental concepts . The job requires helping volunteers and students connect with endangered species (mainly orangutans and sun bears), local communities and threatened habitats.

The Project Coordinator will be expected to facilitate the delivery of conservation outcomes as well as learning outcomes using well planned activities, research, scientific protocols, data analysis, presentations and discussions.
