Dear Members,

You are therefore cordially invited to attend an Executives’ Forum that is part of a Trade Mission to Malaysia by the Australian State of Victoria.

At this forum, Malaysian companies have the opportunity for an exchange with some of the companies that have built Melbourne, during a Super Trade Mission to Malaysia on 17 – 18 June 2013. Among the Mission delegates are companies from the development, construction, infrastructure and urban systems sector. These Victorian companies are in KL to share their technologies, methodologies and other related expertise during the forum with the participants.

Keynote addresses shall be given by:

For Victoria    :  The Hon Dr Denis Napthine, Premier of Victoria
For Malaysia  :  Y. Bhg Datuk Ir. Hamzah Hasan, Chairman, Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia (to be confirmed)

A networking luncheon to explore areas of potential collaboration has been organized as part of the Forum program during which participants (should they wish to and on a first come first served basis) shall be given 10 minutes each to promote their trade.

The aim of the Victorian Mission is to promote trade, investment and general economic co-operation between Australia and Malaysia.  A key component of the Mission is on Sustainable and Liveable Cities and Infrastructure, covering urban development, buildings and infrastructure.
